Product Description

The SS787K-4 web press is a B-B type 1+1 book press with a cutting size of 550mm. The machine adopts a modular design concept and the press consists of a zero-speed splicer, four printing units, a folder and other equipment. It can be used for used for a variety of different production alternatives: book printing, newspaper printing, semi-commercial and commercial work. Everything from manuals, glossy catalogue, magazines and newspapers are printed in SS787-4.

SS787K-4 features:

1. Module design of printing unit, compact structure, reasonable layout and easy operation.
2. Roller contact printing method reduces the influence of gear and bearing clearance and plate vibration on printing quality.
3. The roller bearing is supported by high-precision tapered roller bearings with pre-tightening forces to ensure a smooth run  and stable pressure.
4. The printing cylinder surface is treated to prevent rust, corrosion and abrasion.
5. The narrow gaps of plate cylinder clips to the plate tightly and quickly. There is also the worm gear device on the rubble cylinder.
6. Standard Solna piano-type ink fountain has an intuitive ink supply and quickly adjusts.
7. The continuous ink transfer by anilox roller is best for high speed printing.
8. The continuous water supply system by the brush roller device prevents ink back ups.
9. The printing register is adjusted from the console for easy operation and registers fast.
10. The water and ink roller impression on/off are pneumatically controlled.
11. The operating surface of the printing unit is designed with double-layer shields for easy maintenance.
12. Imported components are used in electrical control systems and pneumatic systems.
13. The diameter ratio of folder is 1:2:2:2, best for easy adjustments and stable printing quality.
14. The folder is equipped with a horizontal and vertical punching device, which can count and adjust the paper.
